Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a gold standard treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, and other mental health issues.
Here you will learn how your thoughts influence and impact your behaviour, emotions, and physical well-being.

Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy treats chronic depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and associated relationship difficulties. It helps to identify self-destructive patterns of behaviours and belief systems (“schemas”) that may be deeply rooted and have become part of your identity.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

DBT is used for a range of difficulties. With lots of practical skills and training, you can regulate your emotions, build, and improve your relationships, learn effective communication, and accept yourself for who you are.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Also known as “third wave” therapy. It has 3 components. 

  • Develop psychological flexibility or skills to manage complex thoughts.

  • Identify integral values and aim to guide and motivate you to take action.

  • Focus on what matters and mindfully engage in your actions.
